The American Range A11101 Thermostat is a BJWA model suitable for griddles and ovens with the temperature range of 150°F – 450°F. It has a 180° rotation and a “B” outlet position and has a 48” capillary tube with fiberglass sleeving and a 3/16” x 11” bulb. This thermostat also has a by-pass adjustment convenience for improved temperature control. Designed to work with American Range models including AR, AR-30, AR-C, AR-NV, ARB, and others, it provides accurate temperature control in commercial kitchens. For the best performance, use the knob AP# 22-1393.
